Job summaryAn opportunity has arisen within the Imaging Department to be a Pathway Team Leader to support in the Service development, across Royal Derby Hospital & Florence Nightingale Community Hospital. This is a great opportunity to expand on your leadership knowledge and experience. You will be working alongside Pathway Team Leader colleagues and managing an Admin team together with collaborative working with our Clinical teams.We are looking for a highly experienced individual who has experience of using different trust systems, managing and monitoring patient pathways, alongside working independently as well as in a team.Main duties of the jobYou will need to have excellent demonstrable communication & relationship skills, be an enthusiastic & motivated leader & team player, with problem solving skills. You will require high levels of tact, diplomacy & confidentiality, with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enabling you to day to day manage.The main duties include;- Implementing and developing admin protocols and processes.- Managing our administration staff.
