Job summaryResponsible for managing and coordinating the invoicing and administrative staff functions to provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative and clerical service (A&C).Liaising and working closely with the Procurement Manager and other team members to ensure queries are dealt in a timely manner and all administrative duties are kept up to date.Expected to work autonomously, using own initiative and able to work unsupervised when undertaking specific work identified.
