Job summaryWith and on behalf of the Associate Director of Nursing for Quality and Patient Safety, lead, develop and implement key initiatives related to medicines management across the Trust, whilst working within the principles of continuous improvement.Involving relevant stakeholders to ensure agreed standards, aims and targets are met.
