Hours: 6am-6pm (4on4off)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative's to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a
fast-paced environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for producing high-quality food products. This
role involves working on production lines, conducting quality checks, handling raw meats, and operating within a flour
environment. The ability to lift up to 25kg pastry pins and perform repetitive tasks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate Production Lines: Work efficiently on fast-paced production lines to meet daily production targets. Follow standard
operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
2. Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to maintain high
standards of quality and safety. Identify and report any deviations from specifications.
3. Handling Raw Meats: Handle and process raw meats according to food safety regulations and company protocols. Adhere to strict
hygiene practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
4. Flour Environment: Work in an environment where flour is present, following proper safety precautions to minimize the risk of
allergen contamination and maintain cleanliness.
5. Lifting and Handling: Lift and manoeuvre heavy objects such as 25kg pastry pins and other materials as required. Follow safe
lifting techniques to prevent injury and maintain personal safety.
6. Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of the production process, maintaining focus and attention to detail to
ensure consistent product quality.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient
production flow. Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions.
8. Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE), following hygiene protocols, and participating in safety training programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a food production environment preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
* Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as required.
