Job summaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our practice development team and take a lead role in supporting the recruitment and retention of midwives.The overriding purpose of this role is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and evidence based woman centred care which can be delivered in a variety of models at Sherwood forest Hospital.
