Under the direction of the Programme Manager, you will assume responsibility for the coordination and ultimate delivery of Estates projects within defined cost, time and quality parameters.
The projects may involve installation of essential services to improve our infrastructure resilience or refurbishment of our accommodation, laboratories, teaching, offices, workshops or commercial areas.
The role is varied, but one thing we can guarantee is it will involve building strong relationships with a diverse stakeholder portfolio where you will be able to make a real contribution to the staff and student experience on campus.
