Job summaryAre you a qualified nurse or a student nurse due to qualify with a passion for public health and improving health outcomes for children and families in Milton Keynes? Would you like to work for a dynamic and innovative team?We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious practitioners to join our Health Visiting team within the 0-19 Children's Universal Health Service.We are looking for compassionate individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and are able to work as part of a skill mixed team to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP). Alongside your team, you will work with various partner agencies to achieve best health outcomes for babies, children and their families across Milton Keynes.Previous experience of working in the community is desirable but not essential as you will receive full training and an excellent induction package.
