We are looking for a friendly, caring and motivated person to join our active, professional, and dynamic therapy team.Main duties of the jobThe aim of the role is to support the therapy team to provide a rehabilitation service for people in their own home holistically, so they are empowered to control their health and recovery journey. You will also be part of the team who supports patients with their long-term and short-term physiotherapy goals and exercises.Calne, Corsham and Box Community Team is a busy team caring for patients registered with a Calne, Corsham, Box or Colerne GP, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other members such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, and other Specialist Practitioners. Our Shift patterns are 8:00-16:00 and 13:00-21:00 and you would work approximately every 4th weekend.Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Workers will be supported to complete the Care Certificate and the appropriate qualification for the Band 3 role.About usWiltshire Health and Care provides community based health services, enabling people to live healthy independent lives.
