You will be involved in day to day operational management of the physiotherapy service and work with the team leads to develop the service further.The post holder should have substantive experience of working in respiratory, medical and elderly specialities or demonstrate the ability to work towards this. You should be able to prioritise your workload, manage your time efficiently and work effectively within the team. You will play an active part in on-going in-service training and clinical supervision providing leadership, support and teaching to colleagues in order to support your own professional development and others.You will need to be innovative and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
