To start ASAP - Permanent - 37 Hours per week (52 weeks a year) Monday - Friday 6.30am - 9.30am & 2.00pm - 6.30pm (Friday 2.00pm - 6.00pm) Are you a dedicated and reliable individual looking for a fulfilling full-time opportunity? Redlands Primary School is seeking a School Caretaker to join our vibrant and supportive community. Responsibilities include: Day to day security and maintenance of the building. Health & safety, fire safety and statutory compliance including undertaking safety audits and risk assessments and ensuring regular health & safety checks are completed e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting and Legionella testing. Liaising with contractors Overseeing the cleaning staff Requirements: Previous caretaking experience preferred but not essential Experience of joinery, plumbing, painting, repairs and maintenance would be an advantage but not essential Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Good communication skills.
