Job summaryAdministrator - Band 4Wiltshire Patient Flow Hub - ChippenhamPart Time - 30 Hours per Week (9 month Secondment or until maternity leave finishes)We are looking for an experienced administrator to work closely within our Wiltshire Patient Flow Team. You will have close links with Community wards, Community teams, Care homes (Nursing and Residential), Social Care and Primary Care to support the team.Main duties of the jobWiltshire Patient Flow Team has evolved significantly over the last 4 years since the team started. You will be part of this team and be able to welcome and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
