Job summaryTo act as senior clinical governance facilitator and deputise for the clinical governance lead, responsible for providing support to ensure that Trust-wide compliance with governance is managed.The key role of the post is to facilitate the timely investigation and production of the associated reports including patient safety incidents and complaints response. This requires supporting staff from all different departments and seniority who are nominated to investigate, produce the investigation reports, and maintain compliance with CQC regulation 20 regarding duty of candour.Facilitate embedding of the learning from the numerous different clinical governance processes is integral to this post such as theming of patient safety incidents, complaints and patient feedbacks, audits, and survey reports.
