We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Nurse into the role of Senior Band 6 based within the DOR Neighbourhood Team.It is envisaged that the individual appointed will be primarily based at Droitwich Medical Centre, but will also work across the Neighbourhood Team, including at our satellite base in Tenbury.Our Neighbourhood Team is an integrated team of Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Administrators and work together in our local Neighbourhood and alongside our GP partners to support people in their home environment.Main duties of the jobThe ability to communicate effectively with others at all levelsWorking flexibly to provide the service delivery need across the local area.
