Healthcare Support Workers are a key part of our team and support the Registered Nurses in providing high quality care to our patients.If you have excellent communication skills and a professional manner, then come and join our team in delivering high quality care.Experience in the health care setting is essential.If you like a challenge, are able to work at a very fast pace, enjoy working with a multi-disciplinary team and can give our patients the dignified care they deserve then this could be the job for you.Main duties of the jobTo meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.To provide personal care to patients including bathing, toileting and feeding.In this role, you will work as a member of the ward team, establishing effective communication across the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality care for our patients, families and carers.
