To see the full range of benefits we offer please see our Moorfields benefits document.Job descriptionJob responsibilitiesMake sure all porters are logged in to Portertrac and actively manage work and allocations.Communicate with all porters regarding portering requirements across the City Road Campus.Cover for the Portering Team leader when unavailable.Actively monitor Royal Mail and Pitney Bowes accounts and flag any issues.Record all daily activity.Assist with the training of new porters and agency staff in their job responsibilities.Daily walk around, checking general areas are clean, tidy, compliant and functional for the dayahead.Take the lead for Cardiac & Fire alerts & other emergency situations.Supervise and instruct porters wearing of safety shoes, uniforms/ protective clothing and gloves.Monitor daily staff attendance accordingly to maintain adequate service levels.Review staff activity and raise any performance issues with portering team leader.
