The Student Finance Team is looking for a Senior Partnerships Administrator; this is a new role which manages relationships with the University’s strategic teaching partners and students. The role involves: - Managing the financial enrolment of all partnership students - Responsible for training University staff dealing with Partners to ensure there is a clear understanding of Student Funding policies and procedures - Working closely with the Funding team to ensure all loans are correctly applied to partnership students’ accounts - Achieving a high standard of customer care when communicating with all university partners - Supervising the duties of the Partnerships Student Funding Administrator to ensure all students’ accounts match those at the Student Loans Company - Together with the Credit Control team leader implementing the university’s Student Debt Policy, including negotiating with students on a one-to-one basis to arrange individual instalment plans - Responsible for training Student Finance team members, Registry Partnership team members as well as those working in the Partnership organisations, to ensure full understanding of Student Funding policies and procedures. You will - Be educated to degree level or with equivalent work experience - Have experience of using large databases to ensure data integrity - Have experience of working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders - Have excellent customer service and communication skills - Be able to manipulate and clearly present information - Be enthusiastic and have a pro-active approach.
