Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small, friendly team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and knowledgeable Cardiac Physiologist to provide excellent care across the range of cardiac investigations. We are seeking a fully qualified Cardiac Physiologist/ Healthcare Scientist with a broad range of expertise across a wide range of cardiac investigations. Applications will also be considered from newly qualified/ qualifying this academic year cohort with salary to reflect experience/ years qualified (Band 5) The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills and work autonomously as well as part of the team. They will perform a range of invasive and/or non-invasive diagnostics in a wide range of clinical settings. Applicants must have PTP, STP or equivalent qualifications and appropriate clinical experience. Some training can be provided for Invasive tests if newly qualified PTP and commensurate on lower starting salary. A degree of flexibility to participate in cover of late running invasive lists is required for this role on occasion. The role covers working as Lead for ETT and HUTT , Analysis, assisting in device follow-up clinics, Angiography and device implant.
