The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team who are focused on delivering the best holistic care possible to patients with a life limiting illness.This post is part of an Integrated Specialist Palliative Team comprising of Consultants in Palliative Medicine, CNS' in Specialist Palliative Care in Hospital & Community and Therapies.
