This is a 10PA post with no on call responsibilities. However, we welcome candidates wishing to work less than full time.Main duties of the jobThe postholders responsibilities will be to provide psychiatric services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities under the care of the community-based North and Mid Devon Intensive Assessment and Treatment Team (IATT). In addition, we operate an In reach inpatient model of care across Devon requiring you to work, as required, with patients from the North and Mid Devon area admitted to the, Additional Support Unit, Exeter, supported by their RC. Regular supervision will be provided by Dr Reena Haq, Consultant Psychiatrist in Intellectual Disability (1.0WTE), who also works across both teams.
