Job summaryAn excellent opportunity for experienced or newly qualified nurses to join the team on the enhanced recovery unit here at Royal Papworth Hospital has arisen.We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and compassionate registered nurses to join our highly specialist and internationally renowned multi-disciplinary team. With state-of-the-art facilities, our initiative is to help improve the flow of patients through our hospital, providing outstanding compassionate and holistic care to our patients.Comprising of 14 beds, but utilising 10 to support the flow of patients, we aim to enhance postoperative recovery, allowing for a shorter overall stay in hospital. ERU is a standalone nurse-led unit with support from a dedicated lead surgeon.Main duties of the jobTo care for our patients we need a highly skilled and innovative team, we will support your development through every stage of your career with our dedicated education team.Our well-established programme for registered nurses will be tailored to you, combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for you to excel in your role.
