The team aim to provide collaborative and individualised patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment and is passionate about reducing the use of restrictive interventions.The right candidate will be confident imaginative and enthusiastic You should be able to demonstrate both the drive and motivation to help us to maintain high standards of care and join us on our quality improvement journey.We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses.Main duties of the jobThe post holder, in collaboration with the Team, will be responsible for the delivery of the highest professional standard of care, assessment, treatment and support of people within the Service.This post is designed to be flexible within Mental Health Access and Acute Services. The post holder would be expected to work across all of Mental Health Services should the need arise and demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and leadership in respect of all colleagues.To act as role model to the Support Workers and other staff and to plan, implement and provide meaningful activity for patients within in-patient services.
