As a Support Practitioner, you will support day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments and prompting with personal care and medication. We are looking for people who'll be enthusiastic about participating and supporting with hobbies and interests including the gym, football, meeting with friends. Our aim is to enable the people we support to live a fulfilling and valued life, where they can achieve their own personal goals and aspirations. You will participate in the planning and delivery of person-centred care and encourage the people we support to express their views and wishes. With your help we will enable the people we support to play an active role within their local communities. To be a great Support Practitioner, we will need you have the following qualities; Great communication skills. Able to think outside the box. Caring attitude and approach. Confidence in the use of technology. image library Shift Patterns We provide flexible, customer-led services that run twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, which include mornings, afternoons, evenings, waking nights, weekends and public holidays and on a rota basis.
