Job summaryA vacancy for a part-time administrator has opened up within Aire Court Community Unit. If you have empathy, compassion and a caring nature and are interested in working as part of a busy administration team then this could be the post for you. Aire Court Community Unit houses a number of clinical and medical staff and services who deliver community mental health services in the South/South East area of Leeds. This post will be working in the Older Age Community Mental Health team and Memory Assessment Service.Main duties of the jobYou will be expected to provide a comprehensive, high quality administrative service including: dealing with telephone and email enquiries, manning reception and working on relevant IT systems. You will also be expected to support the teams with data entry and procurement of supplies. You will be responsible for liaising with other key staff members within the clinical teams and ensuring that an efficient service is provided to all stakeholders. The main areas of responsibility are as follows:Answering calls from service users, relatives, other professionals and internal staff and taking accurate message and information and passing to relevant staff.Deal with the teams shared email inboxes.Ordering of supplies.Data inputting onto Care Director.Dealing with incoming post into the service.Reception cover on main reception covering across all departments within the building.Requesting taxis/transport for appointments and arranging interpreters.Organise medical records.You will be expected to be IT literate on Microsoft package. You will be required to use Trust specific systems and input relevant data onto this.
