Job summary12 month Fixed Term/SecondmentWe are looking for a Registered Operating Department Practitioner or Nurse Theatre Practitioner to join our Hand Day Case Unit family for a one years seconded post at the Royal Derby Hospital. Preferably with Hand surgery experience, but not essential as training will be given.The Hand Day Case suite is comprised of 3 operating theatres, a recovery area and an 8 bedded ward within a day case setting offering all aspects of hand surgery including orthopaedics, trauma, micro vascular and plastic surgery.The successful candidates will become integral to the multidisciplinary team in a busy and supportive environment, and will be able to confidently assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.If you are passionate about shaping and developing the patient care of the future and excited about working within a fast-moving, forward-thinking environment, then this would be the ideal position for you.
