We are seeking to appoint a Timetable Administrator who will work as a member of the Student Administration team to provide effective support to the Timetable Unit, with a particular emphasis on supporting the provision of the teaching timetable for the new North Wales Medical School. Educated to A level or equivalent level qualification and/or possess equivalent experience. You will have excellent IT skills, communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, whilst working to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be proficient in the use of database systems and in the use of Microsoft Office applications. The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post. This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
