The role We are seeking a customer service focused Zero Hour Driver to join our Newbury Paint and Repair Centre and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations by driving and relocating vehicles and parts. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this customer facing role will provide assistance to our parts operations and provides you with a varied role where no two days look the same. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. Who you are You will have a full clean UK driving licence, with previous experience driving a long wheel base van. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills: A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes Excellent paperwork skills What you’ll do Support Parts colleagues by delivering parts to aid service operations Assist in picking and packing parts order and delivering to customers Provide outstanding customer service when delivering parts to customers Ensure deliveries and collections are completed within required timeframes Complete required paperwork to confirm receipt or delivery of parts Ensure driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws If you would like to know more about this opportunity for a career at Marshall Motor Group, apply online and one of our recruitment specialists will be in touch.
