Key Responsibilities will include: Oversee the daily operations of the London office, ensuring a high-quality workplace experience Manage facilities, health & safety, space planning, and preventative maintenance Lead and support a small team, including reception and front of house Organise internal events and social functions including the Christmas party!Manage office budgets, vendor contracts, and building services Keep supplies, equipment, and storage running like clockwork Be the go-to for everything from risk assessments to insurance queries Partner with IT to ensure seamless tech and equipment support Maintain strong communication with staff, collecting feedback and keeping everyone informed The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in office management or workplace operations (ideally in a 150+ employee setting)A natural team leader. Someone who is supportive, approachable, and good at getting the best out of people Excellent organisational skills with a can-do, solution-focused mindset Strong communication skills and a flair for creating positive experiences Confidence in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholder relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for detail Discretion, trustworthiness, and a genuine passion for people and culture If you are an experience Office Manager or have worked in a similar role then this could be the next exciting opportunity for you!
