Job Title: Bidding / PMO Associate Location: UK (Remote/Onsite as required) Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding / PMO Associate to support the Public Sector Front End Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in public sector engagement, business operations, and bid coordination. The successful candidate will assist the wider Public Sector Account teams, helping to coordinate information, processes, and communication across various stakeholders. Candidates with junior-level project management, PMO, or bidding experience—even in a support or internship capacity—are particularly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage shared Public Sector team mailboxes daily Provide accurate updates and opportunity-related information to internal stakeholders Support the bid process by liaising with external public sector clients Contribute to refining team processes, templates, and documentation Assist in preparing and distributing management information (MI) reports Develop and update content in internal team collaboration platforms Track and share opportunities from internal tools and external platforms (e.g., Contracts Finder) Help train and support onboarding of new team members Highlight potential process improvements to the PSFET Manager Maintain the ITQ Teamroom and ensure regular updates are made Participate in qualification calls and assist in compiling weekly reporting Support bid and project coordination when needed Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Comfortable using and navigating websites and digital platforms Some experience supporting project management, PMO functions, or bidding activities (e.g. through internships, previous junior roles, or university projects) Desirable Skills: Familiarity with public sector procurement Understanding of Pan-Government Framework agreements This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to build a foundation in public sector project support, bid coordination, and team collaboration within a dynamic and supportive environment..
