Intensive Support operates an 8am - 7pm shift pattern, with a 1-hr break, Monday to Fridays, 9am - 5pm at weekends and bank holidays. There may be on occasions a need to change this shift pattern to 9-5pm 7 days a week at short notice to meet any changes that may occur in the service.The ability to travel is essential in this role, driving is also essential.Main duties of the jobThe role of this post is to actively engage those requiring an increased level of support with the aim of keeping people within their home and maintaining their wellbeing and independence as far as possible. We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, compassionate, good communicator who are able to demonstrate a holistic and person-centred approach to their work.You will also need to be able to work cohesively with other services both within our Trust, and with other partner agencies.
