They have an honest, open and transparent culture that is apparent on all their projects. 2025 will prove to be their best year to date with exciting new projects to commence in the summer. From new build residential and commercial properties to refurbishment of hotels, demonstrating a varied portfolio with often structurally and logistically complex schemes. As part of their long term strategy they are now looking to appoint a Project Director with responsibility for a flagship project in North London, valued at circa £75m This high-level opportunity will suit, if you are working as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in your current role. Ideally, you will share similar values, which will be to strive for honesty, transparency and integrity. Reporting to the Board of Directors your responsibilities as will include but not be limited to: • High level management • Direction of the project management team • All the financial aspects of the project including comprehensive reporting to the Board • Development of lower tier managers. The Key Attributes: • A minimum of 15 years' experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role with a tier 1 or 2 contractor • Able to demonstrate shared value of the business • Proven experience of delivery from start to completion. • Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage • Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project • Client-facing This is a great opportunity to join a super business and earn a competitive salary and package along with career progression to full directorship.
