Key Responsibilities: Lead and Innovate: Drive the development and delivery of high-quality programmes, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and curriculum enhancement. Quality Management: Manage and enhance programme quality, securing accreditation from relevant professional bodies. Academic Leadership: Collaborate with Deans, Heads, and Lecturers to implement university strategies, policies, and procedures. Program and Module Leadership: Take charge of key programmes and modules, guiding large student cohorts and managing lecturer teams. Research and Scholarship: Engage in research activities to advance your field and contribute to our institution's academic reputation. Teaching responsibilities. About You: We would like to hear from applicants who have: A recognised HE teaching qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or willingness to gain within 12 months of appointment The ability to develop and enhance existing programmes, modules or short courses to ensure currency and high levels of student outcomes Significant and successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment practise in a relevant discipline/subject at different HE levels Please check the job description above for more information.
