Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sepsis and Critical Care Outreach team for an innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic individual, who will be part of a team consisting of critical care outreach practitioners and sepsis practitioners.The successful candidate will predominantly work as a sepsis practitioner but will also undertake the role of a critical care outreach practitioner when required to meet the service needs.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will be an experienced critical care nurse with a high level of knowledge regarding sepsis and the deteriorating patient. The Sepsis and Critical Care Outreach Practitioner will work independently, develop good rapport with key leaders and clinicians and have some influencing skills to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
