In the heart of our mission lies the A&I team, dedicated to conducting initial assessments and delivering short-term interventions that make a positive difference in families' lives. Your Mission in A&I: You'll dive into the realm of children in need (CIN) and their families, offering tailored support for three months. Engaging in S47 child protection inquiries, you'll stand alongside law enforcement and partners, ensuring immediate risk assessment. As the bridge to long-term intervention, you'll smoothly transition cases to our Family Support and Protection Teams when needed.
