As the post holder your required to ensure the maintenance of accurate records of development, CIL and Section 106 monies received and play an active role in the development of a centralised and effective system for monitoring. In carrying out the role, you will work with colleagues to build relationships and understanding across the service as well as developing close working relationships with colleagues within other Directorates, in particular finance and legal.
