You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services within the Outreach department for Edgeware and Lincoln Road. The Administration Coordinator will actively work within an administrative team of 3 to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients. In order to deliver a high quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a team player, able to multi-task, use their initiative and has a patient led focus. This is a busy role, the ideal candidate would need to be able to deal with complex queries; liaise and negotiate with clinicians; proactively work on local changes and implement these changes quickly and efficiently.
