We are seeking a highly motivated Band 7 Sister/ Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate care within our regional medical day-case unit. This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior clinical leadership role in a well-established multidisciplinary team, caring for children with a wide variety of conditions, endocrine, metabolic, respiratory, non-oncology haematology, oncology, renal, rheumatology and gastroenterology on a day case basis. This is a nurse led unit for children receiving complex and innovative therapies. The Senior Sister / Charge Nurse have 24-hour accountability, including line managing, for their ward / department.
