About the Role: As a Teacher of MFL, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in one or more foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German), helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel encouraged to participate and succeed. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Contribute to extracurricular activities and language enrichment opportunities within the school. Requirements of Teacher of MFL: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent overseas qualifications. Experience teaching MFL at the school level is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents. A genuine enthusiasm for language education and a commitment to student success. Relevant qualifications or training in MFL education (desirable but not essential). To work with us as a Teacher of MFL, you will need: The right to work in the UK. An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years. An enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
