This post is advertised initially as a fixed term post to provide cover for a consultant taking a maternity break. The post is for 12 months initially. The post holder will join WUTH in providing a maternal medicine service with regional maternal medicine support where needed. There is a weekly regional maternal medicine MDT. Main duties of the job The post holder will be expected to hold the RCOG ATSM in maternal Medicine (or equivalent) and will be able to support all maternal medicine services which includes coverage of the Endocrine / Diabetes antenatal clinic. There is also a separate Wednesday general maternal medicine antenatal clinic.
