Encourage the team to learn from adverse and positive events or to respond to data analysis from audits or benchmarking exercises. Implement any actions and initiatives which aim to improve clinical outcomes. Act as an expert role model, facilitating and supporting the delivery of effective care by use of clinical reasoning and decision making skills, in line with best practice.     • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Clinical Perfusion Scientist at Wythenshawe Hospital. The two cardiac surgery centres in Manchester merged in April 2024 to form a single site at Wythenshawe. Over 1500 adult cardiac cases will be performed each year including CABG, valve surgery and repairs of the Aorta. We are one of five Adult Heart and Lung Transplant centres in England and have a heart failure programme to compliment this. Patients can be offered several types of mechanical circulatory support including VA ECMO and temporary VAD's. We also offer long term VAD support with the implantation of the Heartmate 3. Our Lung Transplants are carried out on the Wythenshawe Hybrid Circuit. We also have plans to revisit the use of EVLP for donor lungs this year. Wythenshawe is one of only seven commissioned Respiratory ECMO centres in the UK . We carry out retrievals from outside ICU's which brings another dimension to our role. All these specialities make Wythenshawe a special place to be a perfusionist and place us at the forefront of developments in all these fields. If you are a qualified perfusionist and looking for a fresh challenge, and to learn new skills this is the place for you. No experience is necessary in these specialities, full training will be give by our friendly and supportive perfusion team. Position: Senior Teaching Recruitment Consultant In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving repeat business by building strong, lasting relationships with schools and education professionals. You'll spend much of your time engaging with clients and candidates over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met with precision. This role suits candidates with education recruitment experience or 360 Recruitment Consultants from other temporary recruitment backgrounds looking to make the switch to a more specialized sector. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing schools. Visit schools to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and showcase how Prospero can support them. Attract top-tier education professionals that match the schools' needs and ethos. Manage advertising campaigns across job boards, social media, and our website. Interview and assess Teachers and Teaching Assistants. Successfully fill school vacancies on both supply and contract bases. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need: A proven track record in recruitment or sales. Solid experience with compliance processes specific to recruitment. A good understanding of the education recruitment industry (preferred). The ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Resilience, ambition , and the ability to thrive under pressure .
