The post holder will practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner across various services, including but not limited to ABC Remote Services (uCATS, Enhanced Access, Additional Primary Care) Main duties of the job The post holder will autonomously undertake assessment and treatment of both acute and chronic, differentiated and undifferentiated, patient presentations. The post holder will determine a clinical diagnosis, treatment plan and appropriate discharge, or refer, as indicated whilst maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring patient safety. They will be a source of clinical expertise to less experienced staff, enhancing skills and knowledge, and work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
