About the role This role manages the in house supported living service for adults with a learning disability an/or Autism some with complex care needs. Duties include: Ensure the quality assurance framework is embedded into practise, reviewed and monitored as required Line management and supervision of a Team of Coordinators Ensuring service users plans, goals and aspirations are personalised recorded, monitored, reviewed and updated.
