Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Administrator to join our Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team.The Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team provide support to patients who attend A&E in a crisis or need mental health support while an inpatient in the general hospital. The main responsibilities of this post will be to log referrals on our live tracker database in a timely and effective manner, to produce letters from clinicians notes, deal with telephone, face to face and email enquiries, taking minutes at daily MDT meetings and other meetings as required, and supporting the medical and clinical team with a range of administrative tasks.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for someone who is dynamic, organised, who can work autonomously as well as part of the multi-disciplinary team and who can work in an efficient manner. This will range from word processing, answering telephone calls, monitoring of e-mail accounts, arranging meetings and taking minutes, receiving and disseminating information and the provision of a receptionist service in order to enable the team to carry out a range of clinical activity as quickly and effectively as is required.
