Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Thursday 23 May 2024 SEND – Engaging with Children, Young People, and Families We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) Team to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment to fulfil the required level of business support for the service. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of business support functions. These include minute taking, proofreading, answering queries on the phone or on Microsoft Teams, using GOSS ICM Web content management system, using Silktide to help fix accessibility issues, archiving and reviewing information and other tasks to support improvements on the Wiltshire Local Offer. Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Crucial qualities include accuracy and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Experience with special educational needs and disabilities personally or professionally is also desirable. Why us?
