We are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Administrator to work as a member of the Nursing and Midwifery School Apprenticeships administration team, to contribute to the effective operation of administrative functions in support of academic apprenticeship programmes in liaison with a wide range of internal and external agencies. To actively collaborate with academic and professional colleagues to ensure that an excellent quality of provision of administrative services is achieved and maintained at all times. To contribute to a complex range of activities to maximise resource utilisation and added value. As part of the role, you will be expected to: To assist and support the Apprenticeship Manager to ensure that procedures are in place and followed with the delivery of the apprenticeships programmes as well as assisting with reports on KPIs and areas of concern within the delivery. Acting on issues swiftly and decisively where possible and escalating any matters necessary to the Apprenticeship Manager. To provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Manager in order to co-ordinate and manage all compliance (ESFA) and quality assurance (Ofsted) requirements for Nursing & Midwifery in conjunction with the directives from the Central Apprenticeship Team (CAT) All post holders are required to take ownership of their own performance and the relationships they build with students, partners, the public and colleagues, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to their work.
