Job summaryRevamping delivery services and implementing a care unit structure using a triumvirate leadership approach has created the opportunity for two Associate Director of Operations roles.Our aim is to grow our leadership with a focus on making a difference to the communities we serve by delivering the highest quality physical and mental health care to our patients, and by tackling inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access.Main duties of the jobMain duties of the jobReporting directly to the Care Unit Directors, these roles offer the opportunity to influence, inspire, innovate, and enthuse at every layer of the organisation with clear expectations to lead the operational management of the Care Unit.We seek credible leaders who can lead with compassion and clarity, creating a culture of learning, improvement, engagement, and belonging. Candidates should have experience at Senior operational level with a proven track record of driving performance, service re-design and budget and people management.The post holder is a key member of the Care Unit Leadership; and will contribute to the development and delivery of Trust strategy, business and service plans and objectives. In addition to, building and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, (including service users/carers), and strategic partners.
