Job summaryThis role is responsible for the provision and alignment of support to enable the operational activities of Organisation Development & Leadership. It will report to the Associate Operations ManagerIt is a pivotal role in assuring that ODL services consistently delivers against standard operating procedures and world class care values.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for taking ownership of projects, providing project support to the Associate Operation Manager and ODL Consultants and assisting with data collection, analysis and evaluation.The poster holder will be required to use various NHS systems and facilitative / IT systems (including Jamboard, Moodle, Miro to name a few).The post will provide the opportunity to develop facilitation, training delivery skills and learning technology authoring for those who have an interest in this area.About usThis is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and passionate team, committed to encouraging growth and development where all the voices are heard.Job descriptionJob responsibilities1. SERVICE DELIVERYCoordination of ODL pathways, programmes and project management of celebration events as directedPlan and administer activities including the booking of venues, providers/speakers, preparation of registers, and production of learning packs within agreed timeframesCommunication and liaison with participants, line managers and Providers /speakersSupport in the design and production of marketing materials, application forms and other resources for leadership and ODL programmesMarketing of ODL activities including upkeep of updating intranet pages and social mediaUpdating Royal Free Leader toolkit 2.0 and other ODL resources as directedCollate, analyse, evaluate leadership development offers dataFollow the standard operating procedures (SOPS) to ensure quality of delivery of service. Participate in the review and updates of the SOPSWork with the ODL team to develop project plans as required using the agreed formatBe responsible for monitoring the project plans and ensuring activities are completed in a timely manner2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL RESOURCESUse trust finance procurement systems to order and receipts goods and suppliers. Process recording spend on spreadsheets and dealing with queries to obtain a satisfactory outcomeManage technical equipment stock3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION RESOURCESCreate classes ESR Learner Histories and update OLM as directedMaintain other trust-wide and departmental databases as directedUndertake Moodle LMS administration as required4.
