Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an established Patient Safety Team at UHB at this time of exciting change as we continue our transition into PSIRF. You will require commitment, passion and motivation to support the team playing a lead role in the delivery and development of quality reporting systems and processes. You will be required to maintain databases and produce reports on behalf of the Patient Safety Team. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of patient safety and quality improvement education. The post holder will manage the provision of a high quality, confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Patient Safety Lead, and Safety Learning Manager in the delivery of processes, engagement events and training to promote patient safety across the Trust. To succeed in this role you will need vision and excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to work with varying levels of managers, clinicians and administrative colleagues with the support of the wider team.
