Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dietitian to work across Diabetes and Therapy Services at the Royal Free Hospital. This is for a permanent contract and provides a great opportunity to gain further experience in a large London teaching hospital working alongside a full time Diabetes Specialist Dietitian, Diabetologists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Diabetes Specialist Midwives and a Diabetes Psychologist.The successful candidate will lead on dietetic provision within the antenatal diabetes clinic and will share a caseload of patients with type 1 diabetes and complex type 2 diabetes with the full time Diabetes Specialist Dietitian. They will also contribute to Diabetes related research and provide support and advice around diabetes to dietitians working in other clinical areas as well as other members of the MDT.Main duties of the jobThere will be opportunities to be involved in teaching for all members of the MDT including the medical team.
