OF VACANCIES: 1 JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To join our IT team, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to various aspects of our business operations. From analysing market trends and customer behaviour to optimizing internal processes, your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: • Providing technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues. • Install and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems to meet the specific needs of our business. • Facilitate user access to systems and troubleshoot access issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations. • Research possible solutions in user guides, technical manuals, and other documents, adapting solutions to meet the unique requirements of our business. • Logging, tracking, and resolving user-reported issues and service requests. • Providing regular reports on commonly occurring queries to detect underlying business-related problems and trends. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst in a technology-driven Accountancy setting; • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems, with the ability to adapt technical solutions to meet business needs; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and stakeholders; • Solid understanding of business process modelling, data analysis, and software development methodologies; • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on support activities.
