Job summaryFollowing our recent organisational restructure, we bring an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, inclusive experienced nurse leader to join our senior leadership team in a new role as the Care Group Director of Nursing for Integrated medicine!Why Now?Rated by the CQC as outstanding for well- led, you will work as an integral part of the triumvirate to lead cross site and integrated services at our acute hospitals based on the Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe General hospital site alongside BNRU at Amersham Hospital, the role will cover 3 Trust sites. These services include the Emergency Department, Endoscopy Units, Cardiac retrieval, and stroke units at as well as ambulatory services, Inpatient Wards, and Clinical Nurse Specialists.Why Us?We are on an improvement journey!
